@ricardo1963 This issue often comes down to how different PDF viewers handle documents that have been signed, especially if the signature process involved certain security settings or if the document itself was flattened incorrectly. Sometimes, specific digital signature methods can interact with certain versions of Acrobat Reader in a way that prioritizes the signature's display over the underlying content until the file is processed further (like during printing, which often flattens or renders the entire document).

A common workaround for this kind of display anomaly is to try saving the signed document as a new PDF file (using "File > Save As" in Acrobat Reader, if the option is available for signed documents) or, if you have access to a full version of Adobe Acrobat (not just the Reader), to "Print to PDF" the document. Both of these actions can sometimes "flatten" the document, integrating the signature and content together in a way that resolves the viewing issue across different applications. If those don't work, ensure your Acrobat Reader app is fully updated, as newer versions often fix rendering bugs. It's a tricky problem, but these steps often help get your document viewable!
