I had to login to Adobe from a new phone and when I did none of my documents were saved anymore. What happened?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind clicking on the top-right profile icon and then checking the email address with your old device to see if the email is the same? 

 

Also, to check if the account is the same, you can log in to the online portal to check the list of files if available: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
