Documents deleted after uninstalling the application on the iPhone

My documents in the "On this IPhone / Acrobat" folder disappeared when I uninstalled the Mobile application. I do not have a Backup in ICloud and the files are not in the Acrobat Document Cloud. Does anyone know of any way to restore and recover the PDFs that I lost?

All files in the "On My Iphone / Acrobat" sub-folder were deleted with the application.

Is there any software to recover these iPhone files? I thought the files were saved to the Document Cloud, but they weren't.
