Hello Toby,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile not syncing.

 

Would you mind checking if you are logged in with the same credentials on which you have the subscription?

I checked your account, and everything seems fine for documents to sync.

 

Also, can you try using the option "Save to Adobe Cloud Storage" and let me know if that works?

[To do so, click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the documents name]

 

Let me know if this works.
