documents missing after update

Hello, i had the Adobe acrobat reader on my iphone device and it asked me to update it, when i did so, I found that some of my folders and documents were missing, How can I get them back?

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that on the Reader mobile application you cannot see some of your files and folders. Here is a similar discussion, kindly go through the resolution provided and let us know if that works.
