Documents not loading

I can't open PDFs I usually opened in the past. It just hooks or sometimes loads but isn't clear

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. A screenshot of the error you see;

4. A sample file over private message to test inhouse.
