Hi 

İ cannot retrieve my documents. Additionally I cannot retrieve my Premium membership which I lost, probably due to mail change in Apple account.

@g�khan59 Depending on where you wre saving the files, that's whre it should be. Check your phone first (on my phone, it's in a folder), but later on sync to the cloud. Check Apple cloud, or Adobe cloud.

If you paid through Apple (App Store), your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, not your Adobe email. 

Because the payment was processed through as Apple,  Apple's hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts or billings.


Double-check your iPhone, Go to your iPhone Settings - Subscriptions - and confirm if Adobe Acrobat" is still listed as an Active app. If not, try restoring the purchase on the app.

Adding to the comments by creative explorer, if you saved your files on Acrobat's cloud storage, and if you have access to your previous email address, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/4jnwIIR and the files should be available there.
