Doesn’t work

This app doesn't let you export a PDF to excel or word why doesn't it offer an option and it clearly can't perform.

Hello Bertha,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

The feature of exporting a PDF to other formats is a premium version, and I looked into your account details and saw that your subscription for Acrobat Premium is canceled. 

 

This could be the reason you are unable to use the feature. If you Youg in using the credentials and export files without issues.

 

Let me know if you have any other email addresses with an active subscription to see if it helps.
