Doesn’t work nothing

I'm paying the plane Premium. I'm brazilian, need to read and write all in English and still can't open my attachment document from doctor Laboratory sent to me. Didn't even give the option to open. 
before I pay it I always open any PDF. Now not. please I NEED this URGENTLY.
