DOING ANYTHING IN ADOBE!!

I am so frustrated with ADOBE!! I have been paying $9.99 a month for some time now and when I go to create, edit, ANYTHING, etc.  I keep getting referred to the screen to subscribe.  I click on it to see what happens and it tells me I am already prescribed, surprise, surprise... yet it WILL NOT let me do anything in there AND under my name it says I am a "free user".  So not true.

Hello, I'm also experiencing the same exact issue and I wanted to ask if you have been able to resolve it yet. If so could you tell me how to fixed this issue? It's absolutely ridiculous we are paying a monthly subscription we cannot use!
