You posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta). There is one other post here besides the one from you, as this is an orphaned forum. Are you using the beta version?

If not, please tell us which version you are using, as the answer varies:

• Acrobat DC Pro
• Acrobat DC Standard
• Acrobat Reader for desktop
• Acrobat Reader for Mobile

A screenshot from File > Properties > Security would also help to best answer your question. We can move your post when we know the right place.
