Downloaded file blank

Howdy,

Im downloading technical drawings, and when I view them on my Samsung S20 Ultra they appear blank.  On my computer they display fine.  I'm using Acrobat DC Pro version 21.11.1.20710, and no updates available.

1. Is it happening with all PDFs?

2. Make sure that the app is up to date.
