I have acrobat reader and it's not downloading my pdf attachments

    Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response and the experience you had with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Are you getting any error when trying to download attachments? If yes, please share a screen shot or screen recording of the same so that we can check further.
