Downloading bank statements

Question

I need to download two months worth of bank statements. I went into online banking, it said I need Adobe so I got it. I've now attempted to download the statements but they're not downloading properly and I'm still getting the need Adobe message. Is this a doing it on a phone problem or am I doing something wrong?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

From the description, it looks like the statements you receive from your bank are created using LiveCycle designer.

Such files have a huge amount of metadata which cannot be processed on the mobile processors and need a desktop setup to view.
