'Draw' doesn't appear when I open it in File on my tablet

What could be the problem? It also doesn't appear when I export the file image file.

@ye_teik_6071 the Draw tool only works on PDF files. If you exported a PDF as an image, it becomes non-editable in Reader. Even if you're opening an image file (JPG, PNG, etc.), the tool won't appear.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Mobile application, the make and model, and the OS version of your tablet device?

Is this only occurring on the tablet device or on other mobile devices as well? Please try with the other mobile devices and check.

Additionally, share a brief video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

Hi!

I'm using Redmi Pad 2 4G. OS version is 2.0.203.0.VOWMIXM.

Currently I do not have any other device. But when I export the file as image file and view it on my Xiaomi phone, it's the same - the drawn items did not appear.
