Drawing shifted when saved on iPad Adobe Pro

Hello. Recently when using the drawing tool on a PDF in Adobe Pro on my iPad, once I hit "done" the app shifts the entire drawing up on the screen, taking it out of line where I want it to be. How can I get this to not shift the drawing when I hit done? Thank you.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Reader Mobile you are using.

[ to check the version, click on Profile-> About Acrobat Reader]

2. The iPad OS version you use.

3. A screen recording of your workflow for better understanding.

4. A sample file to test further.
