Drop Down Menus on iPad aren't working correctly

I received a PDF fillable file, drop down list works on my desktop, but does not work on Iphone or Ipad. It has fillable text fields and signature and those work on the iphone and ipad. Only issue is drop down menus.

What issue do you have with the drop down menus?

My options aren't corresponding the same. The way I have it set up on my desktop if you choose a certain number in the first drop down menu it triggers a specific response in the second. On my iPad if you choose a number on the first drop down menu it doesn't have the correct response in the second drop down menu, they are all mixed up.
