Duplicate file create automatically

Duplicate file create in storage automatically with a suffix "1" at the end of the file name when ever i highlight or comment any text line. Facing this problem is from last 3-4 months regularly. Please help me.

    We would like to learn more about it. Please share the below details:

    1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. The Android version of your device;

    3. A screen recording of the workflow you use to highlight.

    Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the event on creating the conflict file? 

    Also, a sample file would be great to get the investigation expedited.
