É possível conectar a conta em mais de uma aparelho? Se sim, como?

A mesma conta que tenho logada no meu tablet quero que fique conectada no meu celular, como posso fazer isso? Se for possível no caso.

    • Are you using the same Adobe ID and password on both the phone and the tablet?

    • When you sign in on your phone, does the tablet automatically log out, or do you see any error message?

    In general, once you sign in with the same account on both devices and keep the apps updated, the login session should remain active unless you manually sign out or clear the app data.


    You may also try:

    • Ensuring the app is updated to the latest version on both devices.

    • Signing out and signing back in on both devices with the same account.

    • Making sure there are no app permissions or device restrictions that might be clearing the session.

    O primeiro print é do meu celular e o segundo é do meu tablet e sim são as mesmas contas (e-mail), veja que os arquivos que tenho no tablet não tenho acesso a eles pelo celular  🥲

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots, as I can see non of the files on the tablet are uploaded on the adobe cloud storage. If you want to access the files from different devices, please upload them to the Adobe Cloud Stoarge, tap on the three vertical dots > Scroll down and tap on ‘Save to Adobe Cloud Storage’
