E-signature request do not appear after I have signed up for premium abode on my ipad

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

On the Home Tab of Acrobat Reader Mobile, when you click on the three dots on the right side of the file name, can you scroll down and check if the option for Request E-signatures show up.

Also, is it the same email address you are logged in to the application in which you have the active subscription to?
