Echec enregistrement copie

Bonjour,Je retrouve devant une difficulté qui dure depuis un bon moment...Du jour au lendemain, il m'est impossible d'enregistrer les pdf sur mon onedrive.Acrobat me repond a chaque fois :Echec enregistrement copieJ'ai essayé de regarder dans les autorisations onedrive et acrobat mais je n'ai rien trouvé.Bien entendu, mon onedrive n'est pas rempli. Merci pour votre aide &#128578;

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Are you using a company-managed OneDrive or a personal account?

If personal, you might want to try removing the account once, and adding it back to Acrobat.

Also, would you mind trying the Send A Copy feature to save a copy of the file to OneDrive and see if it goes through?

For a company managed account, you can reach out to your company's IT to check if they have any security factors enabled which is hindering your workflow.

In such situations, just installing Microsoft Intunes App (without logging in) can also work.
