Les documents signés ne peuvent plus être lus par les destinataires alors que cela fonctionnait jusqu'à il y'a 2 jours. 
il faut faire "une copie " puis l'envoyer !

pourquoi ??

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Reading signed documents.

 

Are the recipients trying to make changes to the document once it is signed? If yes, you will need to create a copy of the file, as signed files have their own level of encryption.

 

If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of how the document is being tried to view, while also showing the error message, so we can investigate further.
