I have a premium account on my cell phone, but even though I'm logged in I can't use it on my laptop. It simply says that I can't edit and suggests purchasing the premium account again.

The Acrobat Premium subscription is designed specifically for mobile devices and does not extend to desktop or laptop usage. If you would like to access premium features on your computer, you would need to subscribe to Acrobat Pro, which provides full access across both mobile and desktop devices.
