Edit lost after accidentally deleting the app

i did make an edit to a file scaned woth adobe, the edit was made on ipad using the Apple Pencil. I accidentally removed the app from my i phone. When reinstalled, the file was recalled but without the edit. Any chance i can het the edited version back?!!
