Edit or create pdf stuck for months

Please help.. so This issue has been going on for months and NEVER resolves just keeps growing so I can not access any new or edited files.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

This usually happens when the original source file is moved from its location or deleted, and the Acrobat App is trying to complete the process of converting to PDF. Please try to log out of the Acrobat App, reboot the device, and re-login with the Adobe ID and password, and see if that helps to clear the list of documents showing stuck in the process.

Also, try updating the app to the latest version available in the App Store, rebooting the device once, and checking.
