Edited PDF Documents Not Rendering Correctly

Question

I just updated my Android phone.  Forms that I have previously edited are no longer rendering correctly.  The filled in data shows correctly in the PDF document but when I open it with Adobe Acrobat, the filled in data are no longer where they should be.  I also updated Adobe Acrobat but that did not correct the issue.

The app and my OS are already both up to date.  I have only seen this issue with this one file which has a lot of text additions.  I was able to get around it by opening the file with the old Adobe Fill and Sign app which then redirected me to the Adobe Acrobat app.  The file then rendered correctly and I saved the file and printed also in pdf for good measure.
