Editing file on iOS device in cloud won’t save

I've been using the Adobe Acrobat on my phone and iPad and using the document cloud to acess files from either device. When I close the document I'm editing in the cloud it says that it cannot save to the cloud and a recovered version has been saved to my device. This has happened with multiple files. I have tried signing out of the app, restarting my device and signing back in- still doesn't work. I have also tried deleting the app, powering off my device, reinstalling the app and signing back in and it still doesn't save on the document cloud.

Hi @Steve Pittman,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Fill & Sign is one of the basic features available with Acrobat Reader Mobile. I checked the file you shared above, and it worked fine.

So, any work you have with the current shared document or other non-protected documents should work. Also, if you experience issues with editing or working on the application, you may try out the web version of Acrobat: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

Hope this helps.

Hi Ria,

I need help! I've saved several documents(pdf) one y new IPAD Pro (no longer have a laptop) and need to make some edits. This is my primary machine for work and life.

How can I use the Adobe features to their full capacity?

I need to complete the attached PCOR document.
