Editing on the phone

I can't edit on my PDF files after I applied for a new subscription. Although it still lets me sign signatures and add in text boxes, I'm unable to 'edit PDF' even when I click on the content. I've never had issues in the past to type in my information and I'm just wondering if it's a fault on your end and it's due to a new upgrade?

  1. OS version?
  2. Make and model of your device?

 

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
