editor doesn't work

I have a subscription and it is active. The editor doesn't work. The app offers a subscription to edit texts and images. When registering, it says that I have a paid subscription. But editing still doesn't work. Help,please

I have checked the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and it does not have a paid subscription. Please double-check that you are logged in with the right email address and see if that works.
