Einkäufe wiederherstellen

I purchased an Acrobat Premium for an iPhone 8 plus with iOS 15.1, but the app forgot that I have bought it. "Einkäufe wiederherstellen" does not work. How can one access one's own purchase?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

We did check your Adobe account, there's an active subscription of Acrobat Premium registered under it. If you haven't been able to activate your subscription on iOS, then try these steps here:

1- Make sure you have signed in using correct email address. Open Acrobat Reader mobile app>click on Profile icon>Sign Out and Sign In

2- Open Acrobat Reader mobile app>click on Profile icon> "Restore Purchase"
