Einkäufe Wiederherstellen funktioniert nicht

Hallo zusammen.


Ich habe die PREMIUM Version gekauft und nun funktioniert mein account nicht mehr. Ich habe mich an- und abgemeldet, mein Telefon neugestartet, meine Abo kontrolliert und sogar die App deinstalliert und es geht immer noch nicht. Jedesmal wenn ich die Käufe wiederherstellen möchte kommt diese Fehlermeldung: "Einkäufe konnten nicht  wiederherhergestelkt werden" oder " Keine Verbindung".

So there is no solution????? I paid for it and cannot use it???? Then I  would at least like to get the money back. 


@Andrea24736255c6vi Hi, Sorry for the delayed response.

 

Please try the below steps once:

1. Go to Settings App-> wifi -> disable your wifi;

2. Back to settings-> Mobile Data-> Enable;

 

Once that is done, try restoring the purchase from within the application again and check if it goes through.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with using your subscription. 

 

To check better, please try to log in to Documents Cloud with the same e-mail address and check if you can use the tools there.

 

If not, then you are using a different e-mail address. Also, I would suggest you check with the store as to which e-mail shows the subscription you have and then try to log in using Apple ID and check.

  • Unfortunately nothing of the suggested things works. I only have this email address and I use the same. I deleted the app and installed it again, I opened Documents (cannot sign in there) abduct always says "no connection" when I want to restore the purchase.

Hey ich hab so ein Ähnliches Problem mit Lightroom mobile auf meine Amdroit. Ich kann seit längerer Zeit auch nichtmehr die Premiumversion nutzen obwohl das Abo noch bis mitt 2024 läuft... sehr nervig!

Wie hast du es wieder zum laufen gebracht?

I bought the Adobe Reader Abo in January for one year and now I have a new iPhone and cannot restore the purchase for this Abo.
