Email change

I am trying to change the email I use, every time I try it says the new email has been used so can't be used. I am closing the current email down so it must be changed.

It also seems you can't email or call for help. I sat in an online chat for 25 mins and it disconnected before anyone helped, how do you get help??!?!?!

Note: If you have a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store or Samsung galaxy Store, I recommend contacting them before making the changes so the subscription can be carried over.

I have tried going into the change email setting, I put the new one in and a red error says you have used this new email before so can't use it now. So I literally can't change it through settings.
