Since December 2024 (12 months ago) I'm being charged every month 35€ by Adobe although I have no subscription. Can you tell me which number to call or email address to use to get a refund?

Thanks JW but I checked on my 2 email accounts and none have chargeable subscription. What is the email address or phone number for Adobe to claim a refund

There is no refund to claim on this account, Greg. You will want to log in under the account that incurred the charges to claim a refund. You can use https://adobe.ly/4jbbSfL to locate the account with any charges. If you need to regain access to the account, then see https://adobe.ly/48TPp3u for information on how to reset the password.

 

Once you are logged in under the correct account, Greg, then you can cancel your commitment, if active, or request a refund. ^JW
