Embedding the Adobe RM SDK in an Android app

I'm a developer of an Android app for reading books. I want my app to be able to work with DRM-protected books from local libraries.

I'll be immensely grateful if I get answers to the following questions:

- What solutions does Adobe offer for using DRM technology for third-party mobile app developers?
- What do I need to get RMSDK to be implemented in my app?
- What are the terms of its use?

P.S.

I could not find the information I need on the Adobe website, the only email that can be used to contact the specialist "ebooks@adobe.com" does not work.
