Question

Hi @JOSEPH_AGUIRRE,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with opening PDFs from WhatsApp.

You might want to try opening the file directly from your file manager.

If you have already downloaded the file, navigate to Android > Media > Com.Whatsapp > Whatsapp.

Once there, you should be able to locate the document. Click the file name, and it should redirect to Acrobat again.

Let us know if the experience is still the same.

If yes, please share a screen recording of the event, and the file in question for us to investigate and reproduce in-house.

Meanwhile, please ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat (as per your device's store) for the best experience.

Regards,
Souvik.
