Erro na sincronização com Onedrive

Uso o Adobe Acrobat 25.2.0.37438 num tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, no sistema Android 14, versão UI 6.1.

 

Uso pdfs abertos pelo Onedrive no app. Sempre que faço alguma modificação e saio do arquivo, perco tudo. Ele sincroniza com a versão anterior, sem as modificações. Não salva as mudanças, não as sincroniza e me faz perder todo o trabalhono pdf.

 

Qual a solução?

Hi there,

Hope you're all doing well.

This issue has been fixed in the latest June update of the Acrobat Android app. Please go to the Play Store, update the app to the latest version, then restart your device and check if the issue is gone.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

As you have the latest version of Acrobat app and the OS and still experiencing this issue, please try to remove the OneDrive app from Acrobat App, reboot the device and re-configure the OneDrive app into Acrobat and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.

I'm afraid if I do that I will lost the more than 70 pdfs that I've sync with the tablet
