Error code 10000 i uploaded old version of this program and then trying to install new version. And system have an error message. The program is not accepting my WiFi connection. Please help me. I couldn’t use the e-signature features

I have this problem on my desktop computer. When i trying to complete installation the system doesn’t connect with my WiFi network connection. I couldn’t use e-signature feature.

    • Whether error code 10000 appears during installation or when attempting to use the e-signature feature

    • A screenshot of the exact error message you are seeing

    • The version of Acrobat you are trying to install

    • Whether this is happening on a home network or a corporate-managed network
