      What happens when you click on the link "Restablecer Compras"?

       

      Seems like in-app purchases are not allowed anymore for your region.

       

      Maybe you need to contact support. Use the number shown below at the bottom of the screenshot:

       

       

      If your Galaxy Apps service is blocking your region call support and ask why.

       

      In the meanwhile, you can use Google Apps. However, if you're trying to get the Premium service of the Acrobat Reader mobile app, you'll need a paid subscription of Acrobat Pro DC. 

       

      You don't need to do this via the Galaxy Apps app that is included in your Samsung mobile device.
