Error converting word to pdf in tablet acrobat app

Do you see any error when trying to convert a word to a PDF? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error?

Also, when you create a PDF from an Office File, the file is stored in Acrobat Cloud Storage. Have you checked if there is storage space available on your Acrobat Account? 

You can check so by logging on to: https://adobe.ly/4cQWFwe and seeing on the bottom left corner for the available storage.

If space is available, try converting a file that is stored in the internal storage of your device. There could be scenarios where, if the file is stored in an external cloud, there might not be permissions to have complete access to the file.
