Error downloading docs in adobe on Android

Downloaded documents on Android phone cannot not be opened. I continue to get an error.

What error does you get?

It says ==== Error
The document cannot be opened
because it is corrupted or damaged.

This is on EVERY document I try to download from my Android. I never get
the message when I download the same material from a desktop or laptop.
