Error en acrobat

Saludo cordial. 👋 para informar que acrobat nk me abre. Se cierra a los 3 segundos de abierta y dice que presenta un error. Esta aplicación actualizo el 30 de marzo de 2023 la última vez y eb estos momentos NO está funcionando. 

 

Agradezco el soporte para restablecer la funcionalidad, pues es una herramienta útil y poderosa en mi teléfono.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the situation.

 

Also, please ensure you are using the latest version of Reader Mobile as per your device's app store.
