Error: Error combining files

I am unable to create files or combine.... Red exclamation mark. Subscription active. Kindly assist.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you see any error message when trying to combine the files? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error for better understanding.

Also, if the files are saved on the cloud storage, please log in to https://adobe.ly/3UllJUp and see if you are able to combine the files from there.

If not, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. App version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. A screen recording of the entire event for better understanding.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Did you try with a different set of PDFs and check if you still get the same error message? Have you tried the above-shared steps? Please ensure you have the latest version of the app installed on the device. Check for any pending updates from the app store/Play Store, install them, reboot the device, and try combining the PDFs.
