Error in subscruiting processing

Yesterday a trial subscription for a day has taken money from your account and is not active as I take the "Try" options pop up error

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

From the screenshot, it shows that the payment was not settled at our end, due to which, the app was not able to process this.

Also, the amount that has been deducted should settle back to the source in such scenarios.
