Hi I am still receiving error message when I try to open files. I cleared cache and signed out/in.

  1.  Are you getting any error message?
  2. Application Version?
  3.  What is the source and size of document?
  4.  Are you facing this issue with all the files?
  5. Worflow which you are following?

If possible do share some relevant screenshots with us. Once we've got that information from you, we can take a closer look.
