Hi Ritab,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing issue in viewing document from that site?

If yes, please try to update the application to the recent version 18.4.1 released to the Play store.

Check if that works for you.

Let us know how it goes.

If the issue til occurs, update the thread.

Regards,

Meenakshi

There were two reasons that why your pdf file is not opening in Adobe Reader, firstly your setting is "always open in browser", secondly you have installed the paid version of that software or the trial period is over, thirdly you have not consulted by an expert. To get expert in this login to Facebook and search on the search engine to get those experts.

When you seea error message you need to chaech with your internet connection is ok or not. sometime slow connectivity shoe you this type of iduue. you need to install app tlike net banking , social media facebook

for a error free connection. time by time you have update all the apps you have. some time you would see ip issue which you need to clear by software engineer.

My internet connection also get disturbed. This may happen due to my router connection. Should I change Netgear router password to solve it?

Hi Allensmith,

In that case, you may try rebooting the router or contact Netgear router support team.

Check with them if there is any issue with your router.

If you need any help with the Adobe application, let us know.

Regards,

Meenakshi
