Error occurred while inserting image

Hi

I just subscribed to adobe reader, using on my iPad app, just made the switch from PDFpen, been using it for 8 years. I can't add an image into the pdf i m working on. I have tried saving the image in different formats like jpg, png, pdf. But every time adobe error message "an error occurred while processing this image" pops up. It's frustrating coz its a basic function that I can't get it to work. Appreciate any assistance.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile. 

 

I tried reproducing the issue at my end and was able to insert a picture file successfully.

 

Would you mind sharing some details for us to investigate further:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The operating system and the version you are using;

3. A screen recording of the event for our better understanding.
