Error reading uploaded pdf file from iPhone in adobe app

I have a file that when I opened in adobe pdf it should be able to read but it does not. I need help here in figuring out how to decipher this file or where to go to understand this file. Please! 
if it helps here some of what it says when I open it and also it says it can't create pdf with it.
