Hi,

 

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that you are getting the error while saving a file to Document Cloud. This error could come either because you have an internet issue or your Document Cloud storage is full.

Kindly check if you can save a file directly on Document Cloud from this link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com

If yes, then try to update the Reader mobile application to the latest version.
