We've noted that some PDF files are not printing and are displaying an error message, while others print without any issues. It appears to be a problem specific to the file in question.

To assist you more effectively, could you please share the PDF file that's causing the issue? This will allow us to investigate further and provide a more accurate solution.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we are unable to share the PDFs as they contain customer information. The problem can not be re-created in non-production server. And even in production, not every user is experiencing this issue.

We can print or save these 'bad' PDFs using other PDF reader tools, i.e. Kofax, Chrome/Edge/Azure Information Protection Viewer.

Has anyone had experienced similar issue before?
