I can't send file for eSign through accrobat. When i try to do that either it shows this error "Error: Unable to complete request. User provisioned in Sign with different IMS profile" or doesn't shpw anything.  Anyone can please help how to fix this.   I have tried it on iphone amd ipadI’m facing an issue while sending files for eSignature through Acrobat. Whenever I attempt to do so, I either encounter an error message stating “Error: Unable to complete request. User provisioned in Sign with different IMS profile” or the file doesn’t show up at all. Could someone please provide guidance on how to resolve this problem? I’ve tried this on both my iPhone and iPad.

Hello @chsalmanqamar,

Here’s a way to fix the eSign issue with Acrobat: NC Education Cloud

Logout and Re-login: Try logging out of Acrobat, reboot your device, and then log back in with the same Adobe ID.

Document Cloud: Request the signatures via the Document Cloud at Document Cloud.

Address IMS Profile Mismatch: If the error persists, you might need to remove the user from the admin console and add them again from scratch. Sometimes, a mismatch in IMS profiles causes this issue.

Additionally, check the relevance of Adobe Sign's forum for similar issues and potential solutions.

Does this solve your concern? Feel free to ask further questions.

Best Regards,
James Goff
